The new ‘Forever Home’ that started out as an extension project.

Located a few blocks from the beach, this new home retained the spirit of the existing but took it next level to cater for a growing family.  The design revolved around providing access from the living spaces to the landscaped Northern courtyard and pool.  An entry art wall, a sculptural staircase, bridges, soaring ceiling heights and mezzanines all provide for a creative spatial experience.

Painted masonry, colorbond steel and timber are all designed to articulate the forms of the home and to age and weather gracefully over time.
