The new sustainable Town House for a young growing family.

Located in a stringent Heritage zone in the Eastern Beach precinct, this new family home focused on sustainable principals, materials and a way of living.  Externally, the home made heritage references with an elongated gable roof form and timber weatherboards while internally, the spatial experience was heightened with soaring ceilings and a mezzanine level.

Northern orientation, cross ventilation, high performance double glazing, recycled timbers and underground water tanks all contributed to the sustainable qualities of the home.
