The CBD commercial development with flexible spaces and maximised returns.

This design overcame the challenges of incorporating the existing building and transforming it into a multi-use development with 2 retail/office/hospitality spaces facing Gheringhap Street.  The rear laneway provided vehicle access and entry to a further 2 upper level apartments/offices including shared access to roof top deck.

Rendered masonry walls and concrete blockwork combined with an expressed steel frame to delineate each of the tenancies.
