The restoration and transformation of a Mid-Century Modern house into a family home.

Thought to be based on a 1960’s Lend Lease home designed by Nino Sydney, this is the current home for the Woolard family.  Acquired in a rundown but original state, the home had great bones to work with but required a sensitive and sympathetic transformation to suit today’s lifestyle.

Kirriemuir House is a joy to live in and has even played host to live performances, presentations and photo-shoots.
