The Beach House that hovers above the Great Ocean Road.

Located on a challenging but beautiful site, the design follows the topography of the land to form 3 interconnected levels.  The lower levels are anchored into the ground by a series of concrete blockwork blade walls that then allow the timber clad upper levels to cantilever out towards the view.

This house is all about framing the Ocean views from all the rooms, capturing the northern sun via high level windows and providing a sense of casual serenity that all good Beach Houses should provide.
