The family Beach House transformation set amongst a bayside nature reserve.

The existing home had sentimental value so rather than demolish, we set about transforming it into a cool new Beach House.  A simplified open plan living and bedroom zone on the ground floor allowed interaction with the landscape and captured the Northern sun, while the new upper level focussed on a private parents retreat.

The existing red brick exterior was supplemented with recycled brickwork and a new extruded upper level of Spotted Gum timber.
